Optimize machine utilization, manpower efficiency, and raw material usage to reduce costs and increase profitability. Introduce and sustain best practices in maintenance, process standardization, and automation. Quality & Compliance Ensure strict adherence to quality standards (ISO, GMP, BRC, etc.) across all production activities. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to identify and eliminate root causes of defects or rework. Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop production managers, engineers, and supervisors. Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. Ensure training and development of the shop floor workforce to build a high-performance production team. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with planning, maintenance, quality, R&D, procurement, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
