Sales & Technical Manager PU System House Location: Kutch, Gujarat Experience: 5 to 7 Years Compensation: 15t o 20 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate) About the Role Were hiring a techno-commercial expert to lead sales and technical support for our new PU System House . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in polyol-prepolymer blending, PU formulations , and servicing rigid, flexible, or molded PU systems . Key Responsibilities Drive B2B sales of PU systems across industries (automotive, construction, insulation, etc.). Provide technical support, field trials, and application training to clients. Customize PU formulations in coordination with R&D and production teams. Manage customer relationships , pricing, and market development. Requirements 57 years of experience in PU system sales & technical support Strong knowledge of polyol, isocyanate, and PU chemistry Background in companies like BASF, MCNS, Shakun, Britas, Expanded Polymers , etc, would be preferred. B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in Chemicals, Polymers, or related field Willing to travel and work hands-on at the plant(Kutch- Gujarat)
