As part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Customer Relationship Centre by engaging with international students, managing queries, and providing exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include interacting with international students through various channels, such as email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of their concerns, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with internal teams for issue resolution. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with prior experience in customer service. It is essential to have the ability to effectively manage and engage with international customers/students. Candidates with an industry background in Hospitality, Education, Banking, or Insurance will be preferred, and graduation is mandatory. You should also be willing to work in a dynamic and flexible environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and proficiency in English is required while knowledge of Hindi is preferred. The work location is in person.
