Advanced knowledge in applying licensing rules for creation of ELPs (Effective license positions) Good Understanding of license reconciliation methodologies and nuances e.g. product bundling, suites mapping, upgrades and downgrade. Understanding discovery Fundamentals:- Overview of ServiceNow Discovery for software applications- Discovery model normalization Experienced on drafting Software Asset Management policies & Procedures.Certification:Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)Professional Attributes:-1.Excellent communication skills verbal written.2.Advanced analytical skills using Excel or other software tools.3.Strong project management and delegation skills, meeting and enforcing deadlines.Educational Qualification:-Graduate with 15 years of educationAdditional Information:-Flexible shift timing Qualifications 15 years full time education
