Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain rich internet applications using Flex/ActionScript . Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and backend teams to deliver scalable solutions. Implement user interfaces, workflows, and data visualizations with a strong focus on performance and usability. Work with Flutter to develop mobile applications as per business needs. Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, web services, and databases . Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Provide technical support and maintain documentation for developed applications. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4+ years of experience in Flex development (Adobe Flex / Apache Flex). Strong expertise in ActionScript, MXML, Flex SDK, BlazeDS, and Cairngorm/other Flex frameworks . Good knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts . Experience with Flutter & Dart for cross-platform mobile app development (secondary). Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design. Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and API integrations . Familiarity with version control systems (Git/SVN). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
