Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Ahmedabad. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing reception duties. Additional tasks include maintaining medical records, ensuring smooth operations within the medical office, and handling any administrative tasks as required. Qualifications Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette Skills in Receptionist Duties and Medical Office operations Knowledge of Medical Terminology Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
