Role Responsibilities : As a Senior analyst, your focus will be defining and implementing software solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries. Linux System administration tasks and Linux based troubleshooting. L2/L3 technical support. Troubleshooting and RCA of ALL processing issues. Proactively supervise and resolves the production environment issues with the use of Zabbix as a monitoring tool. Perform BAU activities Which includes: System supervising to ensure availability of all services, server resources. Log supervising to review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs! Resolution of Incidents and Service Requests following SLAs and ITIL Incident Management Processes. Performing Application Deployments using puppet, Gitlab and bit bucket as per Change Management Processes. Develop and integrate process automation tools using Bash/Python We expect you to have : Solid background in Linux/Unix Environment. 3-5 Years. Exposure to supervising tools: Zabbix, Grafana etc. 3- 4 Years. Exposure to Configuration management tools including Puppet, Ansible. 2 -3 Years. Strong scripting knowledge in Bash, Python. Exposure to Jira, GIT/Bitbucket tool. 2-3 years. Exposure to AWS cloud technologies. 2 Years Good understanding of ITIL methodologies It would be great if you have : Exposure to Terraform. Intermediate. Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, EKS! Networking protocols such as TCP/IP networking and routing. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
