What You’ll Do Primary responsible is to design gasbox assemblies using OEMs (MFC, valves, filter and others) and designed parts (gasline weldments/machined blocks) and release documentation to support build, testing and production. Responsible for full life cycle of gasbox systems from concept to productization including scoping, conceptualization, designing, CAD modelling and analysis, development, and test/validation. Communicates as a subject matter expert on high level technical issues and escalations while providing guidance and recommending solutions. Handle factory, process and customer issues and escalations to keep up the business goals. Partner with account team to present the detailed review report in 8D format (PS, RCCA/PA) and get buy in to execute the proposed solutions. Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI, Lam standards, and industry best practices. Define project schedule, work breakdown structure and milestones to drive projects and deliver to the scope. Participates in the review of procedures, processes and tool design impacting development activity. Conduct detailed analysis for flow and thermal characterization of gases. What a typical day looks like: Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the research of data.
