JOB DESCRIPTION A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Retail Systems Engineer to join their team. This person will serve as the escalation point for the tier 1 team. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and configuring the POS equipment, network, operating systems, and applications. This position also requires some project management as it relates to hardware refresh efforts, new store support, and preparation work needed for busy seasons. Adobe Analytics Technical Consultants work to gather and understand their client's unique business requirements and develop and build customized solutions to meet their client's analytic and reporting needs with the Adobe Analytics platform. In addition, consultants help each client implement web analytic tracking code throughout their websites and applications, perform quality checks to ensure that the implementation work has been completed successfully, and diagnose and solve technical issues when they arise. While not a programming position, it is a very technical job with constant customer interaction.
