Fleet Security & Compliance (24/7)

As s Fleet Security & Compliance Coordinator (24/7), you will ensure real-time safety, compliance, and control-room monitoring for our fleet and yards. Your key responsibilities include:

• Monitor fleet & yards 24/7 via dashcams, and CCTV
• Ensure dashcams are mounted, clean, and online; coordinate fixes.
• Track vehicles via GPS; follow up with drivers on route adherence/exceptions.
• Coordinate PTI round-the-clock; verify inspections and close defects.
• Check weather every 4 hours; log updates and issue advisories.
• Monitor engine idling; coach/escalate per policy.
• Audit fuel transactions; resolve discrepancies.
• Keep precise shift logs and deliver clean handoffs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong computer & tech skills (Telematics, GPS portals, CCTV dashboards, Excel/Sheets)
• Clear written & verbal communication
• Multitasking in a live 24/7 control-room environment
• Attention to detail & accurate record-keeping
• Incident response & escalation judgment under pressure
• Shift reliability (nights/overnights) and clean handovers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
