Fleet Operations Executive /Lead Company brief: Malbork Technologies Pvt ltd is an app based all electric-vehicle B2C taxi aggregator service operating in Bangalore. Our vision is to help reduce harmful greenhouse gases that are majorly released by generating electricity and running fossil fuel burning vehicles by running only electric vehicles in our fleet. We want to attempt to reverse the impact of both by powering our offices and cars with sustainable power coming from the solar farm of our energy supplier, making us fully green as an organization. Our app is called Envi is available on Android and iOS. We have been operating in Bangalore since October 2020 with our small fleet and are looking to expand within and outside Bangalore. We are looking for Operations Executives to manage day-to-day B2C taxi service operations with prior experience in managing a medium size fleet of at least 150 cars. Key responsibilities: 1. Ensure timely login of vehicles 2. Tracking vehicles 3. Interact with drivers on a regular basis and ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets are met 4. Getting real time information on operation 5. Updating daily ops report in shifts 6. Managing documentations of cars, drivers & office related documents 7. Assigning cars to drivers 8. Follow up on vehicles gone for service 9. Ensure driver documentation is verified, collected and maintained & etc 10. Interacting with drivers and keep consistence towards operations 11. Handing over and taking over and updating shift leads Secondary responsibilities: 1. Ensure driver training and preparedness for operations 2. Background physical verification of driver 3. Assigning cars to drivers 4. Supporting in driver hiring Must have qualification: 1. Minimum 1+ years experience in end-to-end fleet management 2. Must know spoken Kannada 3. Knowledge of working on computers; especially, responding to emails, working on excel, word and power point 4. Aptitude to learn and improve 5. Be ready to take up accountability of driver and operations executive delivery 2 6. Ready to work in 24x7 environment Desired: 1. Education: Graduate or 12th completed 2.
