Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree Experience: Minimum 9+ years of experience in transportation management or logistics, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within a BPO environment. Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and data analysis tools. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders, vendors, and team members at all levels.
