Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Fleet Head to lead and manage our Pan India fleet operations. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with BS6 Heavy commercial vehicles (HCVs) like trucks and tippers from OEMs. Should have successfully managed a fleet size of 400+ owned vehicles and market vehicles across multiple geographies. JOB PURPOSE The Secondary Transportation Specialist will play crucial role in looking after secondary transportation, with key focus on the Customer Deliveries for both Consumer Products and Lighting business at national level & branch level. This role is also responsible for ensuring optimized secondary movement through Full Truck Load, Milk Run and Courier Movement through National Partners. The role requires close collaboration with customers, sales, warehouses, operations, and IT functions KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Own Secondary Logistics cost without compromising on Customer Service Levels. 2. Drive Secondary Leg of Transportation through 19 WHs all India with mix of Local and National Transporters. 3. Drive Key initiatives to bring down logistics cost with key initiatives and strategic collaboration with key transporters and national partners. 4. Circulating daily, weekly and fortnightly MIS to internal stakeholders to improve visibility to sales team and customers. 5. Coordinate with local WH team to ensure optimum serviceability with >97% on time deliveries 6. Work on creating & maintaining Dashboards to improve visibility to Warehouses and help them to take proactive action in maintaining service levels 7. Highlight customer complaints and get them resolved through active co-ordination with the Sales and Customer Operations team. 8. Develop new vendors and help in collaborating with strategic partners to bring down logistics costs and simultaneously improve the service levels. 9. Assist in the preparation of Yearly Budgets and Monthly Provisions for secondary logistics cost and ensuring adherence to the budget and provision in terms of freight booking. 10. Should have experience of centrally working and coordinating effectively with Warehouse Teams

Primary Transportation will be responsible for managing and optimizing the primary transportation operations within the FMCG and Beverages sectors. This role involves overseeing the movement of goods from manufacturing plants to distribution centers & customers ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Transportation Planning: Develop and execute transportation plans for the efficient movement of goods from plants to distribution centers. Analyze transportation expenses and implement cost reduction initiatives. Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for transportation efficiency, cost, and service quality. Prepare regular reports on transportation performance and present findings to senior management. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams (production, warehousing, and sales) and external partners (transporters and customers). Provide regular updates on shipment status and address any transportation-related queries. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance transportation efficiency and reduce costs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in transportation management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management, preferably within the FMCG or Beverages sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Transport & Fleet Manager to oversee and manage the entire transport and logistics operations, including the management of company-owned and hired vehicles, driver coordination, fuel tracking, route optimization, and compliance with RTO and safety regulations. The role is crucial in ensuring smooth transportation of construction materials, equipment, and manpower to and from project sites. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor the company's fleet of vehicles (transit mixtures, trucks, trailers, pickups, etc.) across all construction sites. Plan and schedule vehicle movement for timely transportation of materials, machinery, and manpower. Ensure regular maintenance, servicing, and upkeep of vehicles to minimize breakdowns and downtime. Track fuel usage and consumption using logs or software tools to ensure optimal efficiency and cost control. Handle daily coordination with drivers, issue duty slips, monitor GPS, and enforce route discipline. Maintain vehicle documentation (RC, insurance, fitness, permits, PUC, etc.) and ensure timely renewals. Coordinate with site teams for logistics needs and ensure vehicles are available as per project requirements. Manage vehicle hiring (if required), negotiate contracts with vendors, and verify invoices. Maintain accident/incident records and take appropriate preventive and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with RTO regulations, safety protocols, and company transport policies. Generate and present periodic reports to management on fleet usage, performance, and costs. Requirements: Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in transport/fleet management, preferably in the construction or logistics industry. Strong understanding of vehicle operations, maintenance, and compliance documentation. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and GPS tracking software. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage a large number of vehicles and drivers efficiently. Knowledge of local routes, RTO regulations, and logistics cost control is essential. Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (not mandatory).

Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting pipelines, and customer touch points. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields. MBA is a plus. 35 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in logistics or SCM. Strong understanding of supply chain models (first-mile, last-mile, warehousing, 3PL, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace, and data interpretation.
