Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest, clean, and transform large volumes of structured and unstructured data. Work closely with data scientists and analysts to support advanced analytics , machine learning models , and reporting frameworks . Write/Optimize SQL queries and BigQuery datasets for performance and scalability. Build and manage data marts , dashboards , and analytics-ready datasets . Ensure data quality , consistency , and security across all data processes. Apply basic statistical techniques to validate data and support analytical models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and resolve issues proactively. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in data engineering or analytics roles. Strong proficiency in Python , especially with libraries like pandas, numpy, folium, scikit-learn , and experience in multi-processing/threading . Hands-on experience with MySQL and BigQuery . Solid understanding of data warehousing , ETL frameworks , and cloud-based data platforms . Familiarity with basic statistical concepts such as distributions, correlation, and regression. Experience with fleet data , IoT , or telematics is a plus. Knowledge of version control (Github) and CI/CD pipelines is desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
