Your main responsibility will involve developing and executing strategies for fleet acquisition and operational excellence in asset-light fleet operations. To excel in this role, you should have a solid background in fleet acquisition, operations management, and supply aggregation. It is essential that you demonstrate the ability to effectively lead national teams and integrate fleet operations to meet the business requirements. Your duties will include leading the strategy and operations for new fleet acquisition, overseeing the growth and performance of fleet operations through supply aggregation, managing end-to-end operations, and ensuring seamless integration of fleet resources across business functions. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, vendors, and key stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with vehicle safety standards, driver training, customer security, and due diligence. You will also be responsible for implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support organizational objectives. As part of the role, you will need to travel nationally to collaborate with teams across multiple locations to optimize fleet and operations performance. Furthermore, you will lead, mentor, and manage a team responsible for fleet and operations management. To be considered for this position, you must have at least 10 years of experience in fleet acquisition and operations management in asset-light fleet services. You should possess expertise in driving fleet operations growth through supply aggregation and process optimization, along with strong skills in negotiation, relationship-building, and vendor management. In-depth knowledge of fleet compliance, vehicle safety, and driver management is crucial, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities. A track record of managing cross-functional teams and achieving results will be highly valued. Willingness to travel nationally and collaborate with teams at various locations is also required.,

Key Responsibilities: Fleet Operator Acquisition & Sales Identify and onboard EV fleet operators across 2W/3W/4W segments Pitch TapFin FleetForce to operational, tech, and CXO-level stakeholders Drive account conversion from first contact to go-live Own the sales funnel from lead gen to closure, with a focus on revenue realization Strategic Partnerships Build relationships with ecosystem players including: 1.
