Food Safety & Quality Assurance Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO standards, raw material testing, and contamination control. Regulatory Compliance Familiar with FSSAI , and international standards for supplements and nutrition products. Process Optimization Scale-up from lab to commercial production, shelf-life testing, and stability studies. Packaging & Shelf-life Enhancement Selection of packaging materials to ensure product stability and extended shelf-life. Analytical Skills Proficient in using lab equipment for physical, chemical, and microbiological testing. Problem Solving – Troubleshooting issues in formulations, taste masking, texture, and product stability. Team Collaboration – Working closely with R&D, production, marketing, and regulatory teams for successful product launches. Market Awareness – Knowledge of latest nutrition trends, functional ingredients, and consumer preferences in the health & fitness sector Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile - Education : B.Tech/M.Sc. in Food Technology, Nutrition, or related fields. Experience : 2–5 years in food R&D, nutraceuticals, or health supplement formulation. Skills : Product innovation, nutritional analysis, regulatory compliance, lab testing, and process optimization. Attributes : Detail-oriented, innovative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with R&D, production, and marketing teams.
