As an experienced professional in the field of flavour creation and modification within the food industry, you will be responsible for formulating new flavour creations or adapting existing flavours to align with project requirements, internal testing needs, or advancements in technology for selected flavour types. Your expertise will be pivotal in executing intricate programs and providing technical leadership within your area or group. Collaborating with team members, you will play a crucial role in determining project success criteria to drive innovation in flavour development. Your focus will be on developing flavours that fulfill all project specifications, taking into account factors such as good manufacturing practices, sample scale-up, production requirements, and regulatory compliance when necessary. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing flavour samples as per requests for various purposes such as creation, applications, technology performance assessment, and physical testing. Moreover, you will oversee the evaluation of materials sourced both internally and externally for their potential in flavour creation. In this role, you will also coordinate with other technical functions within the company to gain insights into different areas such as applications, sensory evaluation, analytical chemistry, regulatory standards, flavour delivery, and manufacturing processes. Your contribution to research discussions, sensory findings, experimental observations, and technological connections will be highly valued. Requirements: - Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Chemistry, Flavour Science, or Food Science; B.Tech, M.Sc., or M.Tech in Chemistry, Flavourist Studies, Food Science, or related disciplines. - Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in flavour creation or product development within the food industry. - Job Type: Full-time. - Schedule: Day shift. - Ability to commute/relocate: Reliable commuting to Ahmedabad, Gujarat, or willingness to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
