Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Job Opening: 2D Designer Location: Bengaluru Department: Design & Branding Job Description 2D Designer As a 2D Designer, you will be responsible for creating brand-aligned visual assets for signage, large-format prints, retail displays, and digital layouts. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of design software and a good understanding of print production processes. Key Responsibilities Create 2D designs for signage, print collaterals, branding, store graphics, and digital platforms. Prepare print-ready artwork for large-format printing (Roll-to-Roll, Flatbed, etc.). Ensure color accuracy, bleed, resolution, and scaling are properly set for output. Coordinate with production team for file setup, material specs, and output requirements. Collaborate with project and marketing teams for design input, revisions, and approvals. Support design requirements for social media posts, emailers, and presentations. Maintain and organize files for archiving, reference, and repeat production. Knowledge of printing Qualifications & Skills Minimum 24 years of experience in a 2D design or print production environment. Proficiency in Corel DRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop is mandatory. Good understanding of large format printing processes and materials. Experience in working with Roll-to-Roll and Flatbed printing machines is a strong plus. Knowledge of file formats, color profiles, bleed/crop marks, and output prep. Creative flair with an eye for detail, layout, and typography. Bonus: Familiarity with social media design trends and engagement posts. Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
