Role & responsibilities Operate machines such as stranding, extrusion, armoring, sheathing, or ribboning based on shift assignment. Monitor production parameters and machine settings to ensure quality output. Perform visual inspection of in-process and finished cables to detect defects. Handle raw materials, load machines, and manage spools or reels as required. Record daily production data and downtime logs accurately. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the work area (5S compliance).
