About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Key Responsibilities: Install, assemble, and maintain solar panel systems, including mounting structures, wiring, and inverters Conduct site assessments and inspections to determine system requirements and layouts Troubleshoot and repair solar panel systems and electrical components Perform routine maintenance and efficiency testing on solar installations Ensure all installations are compliant with safety and quality standards Maintain documentation of work performed, including service reports and site photos Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other team members on project execution Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field 1–3 years of experience in solar system installation and maintenance (Fresher with good technical knowledge can also apply) Good understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, and solar equipment Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Basic knowledge of solar system components such as PV panels, inverters, batteries, and net meters Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or in outdoor environments Valid driver's license (preferred) Preferred Skills: Knowledge of on-grid and off-grid solar systems Familiarity with safety protocols like PPE, LOTO, etc. Certification in solar installation (MNRE/Suryamitra or similar) is a plus Good communication and teamwork abilities
