Job description VMC/CMC Operator . About the role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced VMC Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centres (VMC), performing tool offsets, and ensuring the efficient execution of production tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machine operations and be familiar with Fanuc/has control systems. Responsibilities: Machine Setup & Operation: Perform job and tool setup on Vertical Machining Centres (VMC), including tool offsets, job holding, and tooling. Programming Knowledge: Adjust and optimize machine programs as required. Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate setup and machining operations. Measurement & Quality Control: Utilize measuring instruments to ensure parts meet required specifications and quality standards. Problem-Solving: Identify and address operational challenges to maintain production flow and accuracy. Process Improvement: Assist in process optimization and contribute to improving machine efficiency. Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines in optimal condition. Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. Requirement: ITI / Diploma Minimum 2 years of experience in VMC/CNC operation.
