Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow engineers to convert business needs into functional code and maintainable solutions. Write clean, efficient, and testable code, while adhering to modern development standards and team conventions. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and code reviews. Integrate APIs, third-party services, and data models into seamless end-to-end workflows. Troubleshoot application bugs, performance issues, and production incidents proactively. Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and cloud-based infrastructure tasks in collaboration with DevOps. Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and team knowledge. Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for their effective adoption in real-world projects. Technical Skills Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Java, SpringBoot). Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Flutter, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Hands-on experience with Git-based workflows and version control systems. Understanding of containerization (Docker), cloud deployment basics (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD processes. Experience in writing unit and integration tests, with frameworks like Jest, Mocha, JUnit, or PyTest. Exposure to Agile methodologies, Scrum processes, and DevOps practices. Must Have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 3+ years of professional experience in software development, including both frontend and backend exposure.
