As our Senior Game Developer, you'll be the technical backbone of our studio, leading game development from prototype to polished product. You'll collaborate with artists, designers, and product managers to bring casual games to life with smooth gameplay, clever mechanics, and delightful polish. Role & responsibilities Design, build, and maintain high-quality casual and puzzle games using Unity Collaborate with art, design, and audio teams to integrate assets and create gameplay features. Optimize games for mobile and desktop platforms (performance, memory, load time) Guide and mentor junior developers as the team grows Take ownership of code architecture, maintainability, and scalability Work closely with QA and player feedback to identify bugs and opportunities for improvement Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices What Were Looking For 5+ years of experience in game development, ideally in mobile or casual game studios Strong Unity (C#) experience comfortable working with both 2D and 3D A portfolio or shipped titles in the puzzle/casual game space is a big plus. Experience integrating APIs, analytics, and ad SDKs Solid understanding of game architecture, performance optimization, and debugging Passion for casual games and an eye for delightful user experiences Proactive, collaborative, and excited about working in a startup environment Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools for speeding up asset generation or prototyping
