Quality Check Form: Verify all dimensions and aesthetics of fixtures, base plates, and structures. Trial Record: Including critical parameters, output data, and log of all trial parts. Rework Drawing Record: Document cause and changes at each correction stage. Additional Documentation: Internal & customer validation points must be recorded using the Minutes of Meeting (MOM) format. Checklist must be maintained at each project stage. Design Feedback Form to be submitted post-installation at the site. C. Periodic Activities: Provide daily project status updates via the designated online platform. Conduct daily project review with the Supervisor. Present the status of all ongoing projects during the weekly review meeting . Ensure effective customer communication during site-related work. D. Team & Leadership Responsibilities: Act as a technical mentor for junior engineers and mechanical designers. Plan, assign, and monitor tasks to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality goals .
