Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to lean manufacturing practices. Required Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering , Production Engineering , or related field. 2+ years of experience in fixture design, preferably in welding and assembly applications. Proficient in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and 2D drafting. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes , GD&T , and material selection . Familiarity with welding processes (MIG/TIG/Spot) and assembly line operations . Understanding of ergonomics and safety standards for workstation design. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
