Dear Candidate, We are hiring for the position of COMPUTER HARDWARE AND NETWORK ENGINEER for our client in Mumbai. As a COMPUTER HARDWARE AND NETWORK ENGINEER, you will be responsible for supporting various sites in the Mumbai region. You should have 1-3 years of experience in handling client sites independently with a basic knowledge of Microsoft products like Server (AD, Group Policy), Outlook, Linux (additional benefit), Firewall (Configuration), Networking (Crimping/ Punching Knowledge), and thunderbird (configuration). Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting computers, printers, OS installation, identifying defective parts in Desktops, Laptops such as RAM, Processor, and SMPS, and replacing them. You will also be setting up user accounts and profiles on the network, installing updates, known as patches, to software applications, diagnosing and fixing network problems, and hardware or software faults.
