Roles and Responsibilities: 24*7*365 operations management of 35 legacy and cloud-based applications Risk Management & Compliance: Implementing security protocols and ensuring adherence to industry regulations Leading IT managers, providing training, and ensuring high performance Streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime Vulnerability analysis management Strong service delivery management Maintaining service levels customer satisfaction and performance metrics Core competencies, knowledge and experience 1. Expertise in driving major incidents management calls 24*7*365 , providing resolutions and root cause analysis 2. Expertise in below 2.1. 24*7*365 operations management of legacy and cloud based applications. 2.2. Risk Management & Compliance: Implementing security protocols and ensuring adherence to industry regulations 2.3. Leading IT managers, providing training, and ensuring high performance 2.4. Streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime 2.5. Vulnerability analysis management 2.6. Strong service delivery management 2.7. Maintaining service levels customer satisfaction and performance metrics 3. Expertise technical and functional knowledge of Vodafone Germany fixednet architecture supported applications and flows 4. Expertise technical and functional knowledge of TIKL applications like KBA, KSC, VFP WS, WITA, WBCI, WHS, Selectica, PKAT, BKS, COM , CCM, ASAP, Power Changer, VFP, SOC 5. Expertise technical and functional knowledge of Contact center solution applications like Titan, AskEMpolis and API HUB 6. Expertise technical and functional knowledge of Document and order management applications like OneDMS, , OPM 7. Application support and operations experience of application using below technologies IBM MQ SBUS IBM BAW, BPM Unix Redhat Linux HP UX AIX Oracle Database AWS OCI Azure 8. Expertise in management, configuration and monitoring of below application servers Tomcat server WebLogic server WebSphere server HTTP server IIS Server 9. Expertise in managing and implementing new solutions using below cloud based technologies and tools Kubernetes Docker DataDog ArgoCD GitHub Amazon Web Service Splunk Grafana 10.
