We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our Chandigarh team. If you love storytelling, editing reels, and designing visually powerful content that grabs attention on YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn – this role is for you. Role & ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing Edit long-form podcast episodes (30–60 mins) for YouTube. Create engaging short-form reels/shorts with subtitles, transitions, and effects. Add intros, outros, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance viewer experience. Ensure brand consistency in all video assets. Graphic Design Design YouTube thumbnails that stand out and drive clicks. Create social media creatives (Instagram posts, stories, LinkedIn carousels). Support with branding assets, posters, event creatives, and marketing collateral. Content Creativity Suggest new content formats, editing styles, and design trends to increase engagement. Collaborate with the podcast & marketing team to deliver high-quality output on tight deadlines. Repurpose podcast content into viral moments, memes, and snackable content. What We’re Looking ForFreshers or up to 2 years of experience in video editing/graphic design. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent). Basic knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics. Strong creative sense – you know what makes content scroll-stopping. Ability to work from our Chandigarh office (MySoho) with flexibility for shoots. Passion for podcasts, startups, and storytelling is a big plus.
