Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in sales within an international process, strong communication skills in English, and a passion for driving business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets. Reach out to potential clients via email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends and competitors. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management regularly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client onboarding. Requirements: Education: Graduate in any Business Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in international sales or business development. Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment. Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory): Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Copper, HubSpot, Salesforce). Prior experience in B2B sales or IT services/products.
