As an experienced SAP Grow Public Edition Lead Consultant / Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving a cloud-first ERP implementation for a prominent Service & Telecom Infrastructure company. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the team in executing SAP's Fit-to-Standard methodology, ensuring a smooth integration process with minimal custom development. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing SAP Grow Public Edition implementation projects, focusing on preconfigured processes. You will guide SAP consultants specializing in FICO, SD, and MM through the Fit-to-Standard methodology and change management practices. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and cloud-based ERP extensions. Moreover, you will oversee the deployment of SuccessFactors for HR in conjunction with the ERP rollout. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of successfully completing at least 2 SAP Grow Public Edition implementations. Your expertise in SAP FICO, SD, and MM, coupled with in-depth knowledge of Fit-to-Standard practices, will be critical to your success in this role. Familiarity with SAP BTP, Fiori, and low-code/no-code extensions is highly desirable. Any prior experience in the Service/Telecom infrastructure sector would be an advantage.
