Fitter/Machinist/Turner/ITI

You will be responsible for providing technical support and training to both Maintenance & Production personnel as needed. Your tasks will include executing preventative and corrective maintenance, offering technical assistance, and ensuring DFI equipment is maintained according to agreed schedules, procedures, and standards. You will also collaborate with other maintenance personnel to carry out work and inspections in compliance with Quality Assurance requirements and relevant codes. - Provide technical support and training to Maintenance & Production personnel - Execute preventative and corrective maintenance tasks - Collaborate with maintenance personnel to maintain DFI equipment according to schedules and standards - Carry out work and inspections in compliance with Quality Assurance requirements and relevant codes - Support the Mechanical Supervisor with job timing, work scheduling, work instructions, and job plans - Provide recommendations to enhance work practices, quality, productivity, and cost reduction - Repair and maintain Mills machinery and related services - Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning mechanical systems, equipment, and components - Perform routine maintenance, lubrication schedules, and safety checks on machinery - Collaborate with electrical and mechanical team members to complete maintenance work - Perform repairs using techniques such as MIG/MMA/TIG welding, fabrication skills, and manual machinist skills - Experience as a Fitter/Machinist/Turner/Welder - Knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and components - Familiarity with Quality Assurance requirements and relevant codes - Skills in MIG/MMA/TIG welding, fabrication, and manual machinist techniques - Ability to collaborate with team members and provide technical assistance Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
