As a Billing/Sales Manager at our organization located in Dahisar East, you will be utilizing your 5 to 10 years of experience in Billing for the Interior Designing/Fitout Industry to manage the billing and sales aspects of projects. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the project team, ensuring timely and within budget project delivery, identifying and communicating sales opportunities, creating work breakdown structures, estimating resource requirements, managing project invoicing and cash flow, identifying and managing project risks, monitoring project work, schedule, and budget. In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will be responsible for project management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting customer expectations, complying with legal and commercial terms and conditions, adhering to HSE rules, corporate guidelines, and policies, approving final project deliverables, administering contracts, and closing projects. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Graduation or Equivalent degree. Desired skills for this position include a good understanding of the background of validation and inspection results, confidence and ability to build effective working relationships, proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google suites, excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong leadership skills.
