Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and motivational Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design and deliver customized fitness programs, provide guidance on proper exercise techniques, and inspire clients to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct fitness assessments and evaluate clients’ health and fitness levels.
Develop and implement personalized training programs based on individual goals (weight loss, strength training, rehabilitation, endurance, etc.).
Demonstrate safe and effective exercises while ensuring proper form and technique.
Motivate, encourage, and support clients to achieve short-term and long-term fitness goals.
Educate clients on lifestyle changes including nutrition, rest, and overall wellness.
Track progress, adjust programs as needed, and maintain accurate client records.
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized workout environment.
Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.
Promote personal training services and support client retention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
