Fitness Experts - Analyst

As a Fitness Expert Analyst at GlobalLogic, you will be responsible for reviewing and refining AI-generated workout programs to ensure they adhere to industry best practices. Your role will involve aligning workout plans with individual user goals, fitness levels, and safety standards, as well as applying your expertise in program design and periodization to create progressive, balanced, and effective training plans. You will also be expected to identify and correct inconsistencies to ensure optimal progression and injury prevention, collaborate with AI development teams to enhance algorithms, and maintain a focus on accuracy, engagement, and results in all fitness program recommendations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review and refine AI-generated workout programs - Ensure alignment with individual user goals, fitness levels, and safety standards - Apply expertise in program design and periodization - Identify and correct inconsistencies for optimal progression and injury prevention - Collaborate with AI development teams to enhance algorithms - Maintain focus on accuracy, engagement, and results in fitness program recommendations **Qualifications Required:** - 1+ years in the fitness industry as a coach, trainer, or program designer - Experience working with or reviewing AI-based fitness or digital health platforms is a plus - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field - Proven experience in fitness program design, periodization, and client-specific training plans - Strong understanding of biomechanics, exercise physiology, and human anatomy - Certifications such as NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, or equivalent preferred - Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate technical fitness concepts into actionable insights At GlobalLogic, a culture of caring is prioritized, where inclusivity, acceptance, and belonging are emphasized.
