Position : Sales Manager (or Center Manager) Company : Cultfit Location : Nagpur Shift Timings: Rotational (Split Shift: 5:40 AM-10.10 AM & 5.30 PM-10 PM OR Straight Shift 5.30 to 2.30 PM or 1.15 TO 10.15 PM) Weekly Off : 1 (Rotational) Compensation : 22,000-25,000 fixed + 6,000-10,000 incentives (based on performance) Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales: Promote and sell memberships (walk-ins/trials) Achieve conversion targets Upsell additional services Maintain customer interaction records 2.
