Role Overview

As a Fitness Consultation Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for new leads and walk-ins. Your job is to understand their goals, explain our transformation programs, and guide them through the enrollment process with trust and clarity — not pushy sales tactics.

You’ll act as both a fitness guide and a sales professional, ensuring every client feels understood and confident before joining Movement Fitness.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads generated via ads, walk-ins, and social media
• Understand each lead’s fitness goals, lifestyle, and challenges
• Explain our gym memberships and transformation programs clearly
• Schedule consultations with coaches and manage follow-ups
• Maintain records of leads and daily performance in Google Sheets/CRM
• Achieve monthly conversion targets through authentic, value-driven selling

Requirements

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Confident on phone and in-person communication
• Prior experience in sales, fitness, or customer service is a plus
• Basic understanding of fitness or willingness to learn
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented

Compensation

• Fixed salary + high performance-based incentives
• Expected Monthly Earning Range: ₹[Insert range, e.g., ₹15,000 – ₹40,000/month]
