Were on a mission to help high-performing executives and entrepreneurs in their 40s, 50s, and 60s extend their healthspan, reclaim vitality, and live long, powerful lives.As a Client Retention and Delivery Specialist, youll be the operations backbone behind that mission.Your jobEnsuring every promise we make to our clients, from training sessions to nutrition plans to longevity education will be delivered with precision, care, and consistency.Youll coordinate schedules, step in when disruptions happen (like if a coach is away), and become the key point of contact for client continuity. Whether its making sure a clients strength training session isnt missed, or following up on nutrition updates, youll ensure the system never breaks down.What youll do:Coordinate and track personalized fitness training sessionsOversee delivery and updates of individualized nutrition plansSchedule and manage longevity education sessionsStep in to ensure client support during any service gaps (e.g. coach on leave)Act as the bridge between the coaching team and the client ensuring whats promised is always deliveredWhat were looking for:Background in fitness and/or nutrition coachingStrong organizational and communication skillsObsessed with delivering exceptional client experiencesProblem-solver with a bias for actionComfortable working with elite clients who expect excellencePassionate about health, longevity, and optimizing human performanceIf youre someone who thrives in a high-accountability environment and wants to be part of a movement changing how India ages we want to hear from you.
