FIT Travel Executive

• Client Interaction & Itinerary Planning
• Handle inquiries from individual travelers and provide customized travel solutions.
• Understand client preferences, budget, and travel dates to create tailor-made itineraries.
• Advise clients on destinations, attractions, and travel requirements (visa, insurance, etc.).
• Booking & Coordination
• Manage hotel reservations, transportation, sightseeing tours, and activity bookings.
• Negotiate rates with suppliers and ensure competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with vendors, DMCs, and service providers to confirm arrangements.
• Documentation & Payment Handling
• Prepare and share confirmations, vouchers, and invoices.
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups and maintain booking records.
• Customer Service
• Provide pre-departure assistance and on-trip support to clients.
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and special requests professionally.
• Ensure a smooth travel experience and maintain a high customer satisfaction rate.
• Market Knowledge & Sales Support
• Stay updated on travel trends, seasonal offers, and destination updates.
• Assist the sales team with lead conversion for FIT bookings.
• Upsell and cross-sell travel products such as activities, upgrades, and add-ons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
