As an SAP EAM Consultant, you will be responsible for the following: - Possess 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management with a strong understanding of EAM business processes including preventive and corrective maintenance. - Demonstrate strong integration experience with FI/SCM/HR/PS and sound S/4 HANA SAP EAM configuration experience. - Showcase expertise in Reliability Centric Maintenance (RCM) and Work Clearance Management (WCM) along with detailed implementation experience in Asset Intelligence Network and SAP Fiori applications. - Have knowledge of Predictive Maintenance Services (PdMS) and Asset Strategy Performance Management (ASPM). - Take accountability for the solutions designed by the team and have experience in leading large, full lifecycle SAP implementation programs. - Manage customer relationships, align on strategies and goals, engage with key stakeholders, and facilitate workshop discussions on S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management requirements. - Translate business requirements into functional design blueprint, work with Solution Architects to drive new solutions, and monitor project progress while ensuring adherence to quality standards. - Demonstrate strong technical, analytical, and project management skills along with excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and be willing to travel within Europe with proficiency in German and English language skills. - Preferable skills include knowledge of SAP Activate and Agile project methodology.
