Role and Responsibilities: As the Marketing Lead Generation Specialist , you will be responsible for devising and executing strategies that attract and nurture qualified leads, ultimately contributing to our company's business expansion. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will: Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation plans to target key markets and segments, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads. Utilize a variety of channels including digital marketing, content creation, social media, SEO, email campaigns, and more to generate interest and engagement. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with our target audience. Identify and implement innovative tactics to drive lead conversion rates, optimize user journeys, and improve overall customer acquisition. Leverage data and analytics to measure and optimize lead generation campaigns, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring seamless lead handoff and effective nurturing. Research and stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in lead generation to maintain a competitive edge.
