ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY Handle customer queries via email, chat, and ticketing systems. Perform data entry, processing, and management in company systems. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Follow standard operating procedures and workflow guidelines. Ensure timely and error-free delivery of tasks. Collaborate with internal teams for query resolution and escalations. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
