Key Responsibilities 1. Patient Reception & Interaction Greet patients with a warm, professional attitude. Register new patients and verify existing patient records. Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments using clinic software. Explain waiting time and ensure patients are informed. 2. Telephone & Communication Handling Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Provide information about services, charges, and procedures. Confirm appointments and follow up on missed visits. Handle WhatsApp/online inquiries politely and accurately. 3. Billing & Payments Generate invoices accurately for consultations, treatments, and products. Collect payments (cash, card, UPI) and issue receipts. Coordinate with accounts for daily cash closing. 4. Patient Coordination Guide patients to the appropriate treatment room/doctor. Coordinate with doctors and assistants to manage workflow. Handle patient complaints or escalate politely when needed. 5. Records & Compliance Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files (physical or digital). Ensure consent forms, medical history, and follow-up details are correctly filled. Maintain confidentiality of patient information (HIPAA/GDPR compliant).
