Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter Location: Remote (Work from Home) Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Healthcare Staffing Experience Required: 2 6 years in US Healthcare Recruitment Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer closure Source and screen healthcare professionals (PT, OT, RN, SLP, etc.) via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidates on qualifications, certifications, and availability Ensure compliance through credential verification (licenses, work authorizations, identity docs) Coordinate interviews and maintain timely follow-ups with candidates and clients Utilize knowledge of Per Diem assignments to place candidates effectively Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity in internal databases Collaborate with sourcing teams, headhunters, and vendor partners Communicate professionally over email and internal channels
