Marketing & Sales Manager Location: Kozhikode - Kerala Work Type: Full-Time | On-site Company: FIRSTCO FILING PVT LTD – Experts in Company Registration, Compliance & Licensing ⸻ About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales and marketing activities. You will be responsible for planning lead generation strategies, improving sales team efficiency, analyzing digital marketing results, and driving business growth for FIRSTCOMPANi’s service offerings. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, etc.) • Supervise and support the performance of the existing sales team • Analyze sales data, digital ad performance, and conversion reports • Identify new marketing opportunities and implement cost-effective strategies • Collaborate with the team to create targeted campaigns for each service line (Company Registration, ITR, ISO, etc.) • Conduct weekly meetings and reviews with the sales team • Represent FIRSTCOMPANi at expos, client meetings, and local events if needed ⸻ Requirements: • 3–6 years experience in marketing & sales (preferably service industry) • Strong knowledge in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM) • Excellent leadership, communication & reporting skills • Fluent in Malayalam and English • Proactive and self-driven mindset Salary & Perks: • Competitive salary + Incentives • Opportunity to grow into Head of Sales & Marketing of sister concern in Saudi Arabia • Friendly and performance-driven work culture ⸻ www.firstcompani.com before applying
