The Salesperson will be responsible for daily tasks including interacting with potential clients, showing properties, and explaining the features and benefits of various estates. The role involves handling inquiries, negotiating sales, and closing deals. Additionally, the Salesperson will help maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service, and keeping accurate records of transactions. Qualifications Sales and Negotiation skills Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Organizational and Time Management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Proficiency with relevant software applications is a plus
