Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and lead a team of real estate sales executives. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue. • Identify potential clients and generate new business leads. • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners. • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. • Train and mentor team members to enhance performance and productivity. • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or similar role. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. • Good knowledge of the local real estate market (Jaipur preferred). • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
