Job Title: Community Manager (PR & Engagement) Type: Contract (36 months) Location: Pune Category: Experiential Travel, Celebrations, Wellness, Wealth Role Summary: Owns end-to-end community engagement across online and offline platforms. Responsible for growing, activating, and nurturing interest-based communities that build brand loyalty, drive participation, and support indirect conversions. Detailed Responsibilities: Community Building & Management Create, grow, and manage interest-based community groups (in-App, WhatsApp, social). Segment users by category, life stage, and interests for targeted engagement. Maintain active communication, ensuring regular touchpoints with members. Monitor group dynamics, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive environment. Engagement & Content Activation Design weekly/monthly engagement plans : polls, reels, photo-sharing challenges, contests, Q&A sessions. Moderate discussions and encourage member participation through conversations. Curate user-generated content for cross-platform visibility (social, in-App). Collaborate with design/marketing for creative content ideas. Influencer & Brand Advocacy Identify active community members and create brand advocates within the community to boost reach and trust. Support influencer-led campaigns and event promotions. Communication & Information Flow Share timely updates on offers, events, launches, and content drops. Maintain brand tone and uniformity in messaging across all channels. Use CRM or dashboards to track participation and engagement rates. Feedback & Insights Gather feedback on features, user experience, and engagement drivers. Share insights with category, product, and marketing teams for improvements. Track and report engagement metrics : active users, conversions, retention. Sales Support & Conversions Nurture warm leads emerging from community conversations. Collaborate with the category & sales teams to support indirect sales goals, promote category SKUs within community groups. Encourage participation in brand activities and referrals. Key Requirements: 1–3 years’ experience in community management, PR, or influencer marketing. Strong written and verbal communication (English & Hindi; Marathi preferred). Good understanding of lifestyle, travel, and wellness communities. Skilled in engagement planning and online moderation. Organized, proactive, and responsive with a strong sense of ownership.
