Job Title: NOC Engineer Offshore Support Location: Offshore (Offshore Center) Shift: 18/7 (Including Nights/Weekends) Certifications Required: CompTIA A+/Network, ITIL Foundation Experience: 3+ years in NOC/Technical Support Key Responsibilities: Monitoring & Alert Management: Monitor networks/servers via tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, Zabbix). Acknowledge/escalate alerts per severity matrix. First-Line Troubleshooting: Resolve L1/L2 issues (network latency, server downtime, etc.). Document tickets in ServiceNow/JIRA. Compliance & Documentation: Follow ITIL processes for incident/changes. Maintain SOPs and knowledge base. Skills & Qualifications: Technical: Hands-on with Windows/Linux OS, basic scripting (Bash/Python). Understanding of routers/switches (Cisco/Juniper). Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, teamwork, and adaptability.
