Your background: A bachelor's or master's degree. 5 to 8 years of proven experience in recruitment Industry or Relevant work experience in full recruiting lifecycle including job briefing, active sourcing, developing recruitment plan, candidate outreach, offer and close. Experience with staffing companies, apprenticeships, or BPO hiring. Familiarity with NAPS/NATS or NSDC projects is a bonus. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of recruiters for large-scale hiring projects across blue-collar categories. Source candidates for blue-collar roles through field visits, job fairs, and local channels. Coordinate with job consultants, training partners, and campuses for manpower. Build sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, referral programs) Liaise with clients to understand bulk hiring requirements, job specs, and timelines Ensure mobilization of candidates to client sites as per hiring targets. Support on boarding, joining formalities, and post-hiring follow-ups. Maintain candidate MIS, daily reports, and documentation. Handle escalations, reporting, and analytics Set daily/weekly performance targets for junior recruiters Train, mentor, and review junior recruiter performance Must-Have Skills: Experience in volume/bulk hiring Good local network for sourcing (camps, panchayats, NGOs, ITIs). Strong communication in local language + Hindi/English. Willingness to travel for field mobilization (if required). Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets. Demonstrate team handling skills
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our manpower organization. The BDE will be responsible for acquiring and managing IT & Non-IT clients, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth through recruitment and staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and acquire new IT & Non-IT clients for staffing and manpower services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Business Leaders of client organizations. Understand client requirements and align staffing/recruitment solutions accordingly. Achieve business development targets including revenue, client acquisition, and client retention. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, and participation in industry events. Prepare business proposals, client presentations, and customized solutions for IT & Non-IT clients. Negotiate contracts, terms of service, and pricing with prospective clients. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of manpower. Maintain CRM/database of clients, prospects, and opportunities. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue pipeline. Stay updated with market trends, IT industry hiring patterns, and competitors Provide inputs to management for strategic planning and growth. Education & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration / HR / Marketing / IT or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business development / client acquisition in manpower/recruitment or HR consulting firms. Strong exposure to IT & Non-IT recruitment business is mandatory. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of IT & Non-IT industry hiring trends and talent needs.
