Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, negotiating contracts, providing product demonstrations, and overseeing a team of sales representatives. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends and develop plans to expand the customer base. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills Experience in client relationship management and providing excellent customer service Knowledge of market analysis and sales strategy development Ability to lead and motivate a sales team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in the service industry is a plus
